Tri-Air Projects provides our clients with a dedicated account manager for each contract. Within 14 days of being awarded a new contract we nominate a suitable account manager and ensure the transition is streamlined and successful. Each account manager is responsible for all activities that take place within the contract specification; which enables a single point of contact and constancy of service delivery. The account manager takes a pro-active approach to each contract, ensuring planned maintenance and repairs are carried out in a timely manner. Ensuring good communication within our teams and with our clients is crucial to ensuring our clients receive quality service.
